Our Infrastructure

We have developed a state-of-the-art and ultra-modern infrastructure unit, due to which, we carry out the entire business process in an efficient manner. Our infrastructure facility spreads across 578 Sq Ft area and includes diverse fully functional units like production unit, quality testing unit, warehousing unit, packaging unit, etc. Handled by our veteran team of professionals, these sub-units are well-installed with high-end machines and sophisticated technologies.

Our Machinery

Honed by years of experience, the machinist stood before the lathe machine, his focus absolute. With a steady hand, he entered the final adjustments into the digital control panel, his eyes scanning the code for any micro-deviation. As the powerful spindle began to rotate, he watched the tungsten carbide insert bite into the stainless steel bar. The machine whirred with purpose, peeling away material in perfect, curling chips, all while the integrated laser probe monitored the diameter in real-time, ensuring the component was being formed to the precise micron-level tolerance dictated by the engineering blueprint.

Production Facility

Our production floor is anchored by a fleet of conventional lathe machines. This sophisticated equipment is the core of our operation, housed in a facility meticulously organized for optimal throughput and unwavering precision.

Under the guidance of our skilled engineers and veteran machinists, these machines are seamlessly integrated into a workflow that includes dedicated stages for tool preparation, in-process quality monitoring, and final dimensional inspection. Powered by the latest digital control systems and premium tooling, our lathes consistently deliver components with flawless surface finishes and tolerances measured in microns, guaranteeing a high-quality, repeatable outcome for every project

Manufacturing Unit

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with an in-house CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine. This advanced technology allows us to automate our production processes, ensuring unparalleled precision and consistency in the manufacturing of every instrument. The integration of CNC machinery enables us to produce complex components with exacting tolerances, resulting in products of superior quality and reliability.

Product Packaging

Working in the packaging section at Lakshmi Engineering Works as a sampler is a position that demands both precision and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual is tasked with the critical final assembly of product samples, which might include specific collections of machined parts, material swatches, or small finished components that represent the company's high standards.
